CTDL 069: Those danged skinny french!

It’s tough to summarize something when they do such a concise job doing it with the article headline. The gist of the article (and it’s a short one) is that french people tend to eat until their full, and we tend to use external cues as to when we’re full (the TV show is over, our plate is clean, etc). My grandfather (who passed away 5 years ago this past week) used to only eat when he was hungry, and occasionally this was only once or twice a day, occasionally more than three times a day, and it was rarely at 7AM, Noon, and 5PM, and he was always a very lean individual.
